Any chance you made a New Year’s resolution to get healthier by losing weight? Yeah, yeah, we know that everyone makes that resolution and  few of us actually keep it. We can’t promise you’ll lose those last 10lbs by being a Buyers’ Club member and dutifully eating your fruits and veggies, but your weekly box can certainly be a useful tool for improving your health in 2009.

So to start the year off right, check out the artichoke recipe that uses my favorite low-fat Hollandaise sauce  and the accompanying strawberry salad. Together they make a delicious, healthy dinner that uses numerous new items in your box this week.
